Part of your world sounds like mine. It seems like a never ending treadmill, when you have a new subject or grade each year. I have been at a school for 5 years and the last 4 years the subject, grade or curriculum has changed. I would love to go back to school or take a class but who can if you are forever creating new lessons. I was fighting the burnt out feeling most of the year. Know I am looking for a new job so I can transfer out or quit.
